Welcome to CrystalWash Co. By using our website, submitting a quote request, or booking our services, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Service Agreement

CrystalWash Co provides exterior cleaning and pressure washing services to residential and commercial properties. By scheduling a service, you authorize our team to perform the agreed-upon work on your property using our standard tools, methods, and cleaning solutions.

Note: All services are subject to visual inspection and confirmation on-site.

2. Quotes & Pricing

Estimates are based on the information you provide and/or our preliminary assessment. Final pricing may vary depending on square footage, surface condition, or specific service needs. You will be notified before any changes are made.

3. Scheduling & Cancellations

We aim to be on time and flexible with scheduling. If you need to reschedule or cancel your appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice. Late cancellations may be subject to a fee.

In the case of weather-related delays, we’ll contact you to reschedule at the next available time.

4. Satisfaction Guarantee

We stand behind our work with a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not fully satisfied with your service, notify us within 7 days, and we’ll return to re-clean the affected areas at no extra cost.

This guarantee does not cover permanent stains, pre-existing damage, or results limited by surface condition.

5. Liability Disclaimer

While we take every precaution to protect your property, CrystalWash Co is not liable for:

  • Pre-existing damage to surfaces, windows, paint, roofing, or siding

  • Damage caused by fragile materials or unsecured items on-site

  • Delays due to weather, access limitations, or utility issues

We carry liability insurance and will take full responsibility for any accidental damage caused by our negligence during the cleaning process.

6. Use of Eco-Friendly Products

Our cleaning solutions are biodegradable and pet/plant safe. If you have allergies, specific product concerns, or requests, please notify us in advance.

7. Photos and Testimonials

We may take before-and-after photos of your property for documentation, training, or promotional purposes. No identifying information will be shared without your consent.

If you provide a testimonial or review, you agree that it may be used in our marketing materials.

8. Payments

All payments are due upon completion of service unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept cash, checks, and most major credit/debit cards.

Unpaid invoices beyond 15 days may be subject to late fees or collection action.

9. Website Use

By using our website, you agree not to misuse or copy any content, images, or code. All intellectual property belongs to CrystalWash Co unless otherwise noted.

10. Updates to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
